We’re calling today a LOWER BODY workout, because that is our main focus. But in reality we are hitting a little bit of everything- including cardio.
Equipment: Dumbbells, optional Barbell, optional Booty Band, optional Ab Roller, optional Stair Master
Circuit 1: 3 rounds
10 Hip Thrusts
10 Lying Abductors
Circuit 2: 3-4 rounds
30-45 second Stair Master Run (or other hard form of cardio-jump squats, hill run, high knees, etc.)
10 Ab Roll Outs (Snap Jump)
10 Ball Slams (Kettlebell Swing)
Circuit 3: 2-3 rounds
10 each side Lunges
10 Donkey Kicks
immediately followed by 10 Fire Hydrants
then, repeat last 2 exercises on other side
