We’re calling today’s FULL BODY workout death by burpees! If burpees aren’t your thing, I urge you to try a couple and then either do jump squats or 2 minutes of cardio!

Equipment: Dumbbells

Circuit 1: 3 rounds

20 goblet squats

10 burpees


Circuit 2: 3 rounds

20 upright rows

10 burpees


Circuit 3: 3 rounds

20 curl to press

10 burpees


Circuit 4: 3 rounds

20 bent over rows
