Equipment: Dumbbells, Bench, optional Booty Band

 
 
 

Circuit 1: 3-4 rounds

8-10 each side Bulgarian Split Squat
10-12 Heels Raised Goblet Squat

 
 
 
 
 
 

Circuit 2: 3-4 rounds

8-10 each side Deadlift to Lunge
8-10 Goblet Pulse Squat
12-15 each way Weighted Banded Walks (hold weight in hands)

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Circuit 3 Burnout: 3-5 mins

3-5 minutes straight of Walking Lunges
