Circuit 1: 3-4 rounds
15 TRX Pulls (Bent Over Fly)
10 Front Raises
5-6 each side Commando
Circuit 2: 3-4 rounds
8-10 each arm Single Arm Cable Rows (Bent Over Single Arm Row)
10-12 Seated Cable Row (Bent Over Row)
Circuit 3: 3-4 rounds
1-1 2-2..5-5 Alternating Arnold Press (do 1 on each side, then 2 on each side, until you get to 5 on each side)
8-10 Upright Row to Pres
8-10 each side Leaning Lateral Raise
