One of our very final LOWER BODY workouts. We only have a couple movements, our focus today is strength and really perfecting our form as we up our strength. I want your main focus to be on your Squats.
Equipment: Dumbbells, Bench, optional Jump Rope, optional Booty Band, optional Squat Rack
Circuit 2: 4-5 rounds
8-10 Squats (Goblet Squats)
60 seconds Jump Rope (Jumping Jacks)
Circuit 2: 3 rounds
10 each side Bulgarian Split Squats
Circuit 3: 2-3 rounds
50 each side Donkey Kicks
