Equipment: Dumbbells, Bench, optional Kettlebell

Circuit 1: 3 rounds

15 Deadlifts
15 Bicep Curls
15 Tricep Dips

Circuit 2: 20 minute AMRAP

10 Goblet Squats
10 Box Jumps (Step Ups)
10 each side Single Arm Bent Over Rows
10 Pushups
15 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees

Circuit 3: 2-4 rounds

20 each side Bicycle Crunches
15 Leg Lifts
20 Heel Taps
15 Reverse Crunches
20 each side Mountain Climber
15 Rocking Planks
