The start of another week calls for another week of fun workouts! Jumping right in with our first, of two, LOWER BODY workouts! Today we are going to max out on squats and then work those inner thighs.
Equipment: Dumbbells, optional Squat Rack, optional Booty Band
Circuit 1: 5 rounds
10-8-6-4-2 reps. Start with 10 reps for your first round. Each round add weight and drop 2 reps. The hope is at the end to only be able to do 1 or 2 reps with max weight. If you don’t have access to more weight, follow the same rep set up, just take little rest.
Squats (Goblet Squat)
Circuit 2: 3-4 rounds
10 each way Curtsy Lunge Abduction
15 Glute Bridge Abduction
15 each side Fire Hydrants
Circuit 3: 3 rounds
10 each side Bench Up and Over
10 Sumo Squats
