Equipment: Dumbbells, optional Kettlebell

Circuit 1: 6 rounds,
perform each exercise for 30 seconds , 30 seconds rest

Full Kettlebell Swings
Bicycle Crunches

Circuit 2: 3 rounds
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds, take about 30 seconds rest between each

Skaters
Inchworms
Plank Jacks
Ball Throw Shuffle Burpee (Burpee Shuffle)

Circuit 3: 2-3 rounds

10 each side Lunge Curl
20 seconds Knee Pushes
30-40 seconds Frog Jumps

can be performed without ball
