-workouts customized to YOU (20-60 minute workouts, you choose the time allotment)
-checkins and phone calls set up on your schedule (text reminders, encouragement, goal setting, questions, etc.)
-APP where you get video demonstrations, form ques, and you can easily check in with me
-optional picture progress
-form check
-work with personal circumstances (injuries, pregnancy, etc.)

*you get 3 new workouts a week. Each week you will do the 3 new workouts with the 3 workouts from the week prior. (we do this to ensure we have correct form and to see how we progress each week)
you will have access to workouts for a month at a time.

*I will email you all details on how to get started once you sign up here
